TRIM68

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM68 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,026 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM68-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRY2, OR52I1, and TMEM163. Each is linked with TRIM68 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM68-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM68 versus CRY2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM68→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
