TRIM63

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM63 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM63-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHVII-28-1, RNU6-1323P, and OSTF1P1. Each is linked with TRIM63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM63-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHVII-28-1 grouped by TRIM63-low versus TRIM63-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM63→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
