TRIM62

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM62-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC29A4P2, C1QBPP1, and KRTAP3-4P. Each is linked with TRIM62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM62-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC29A4P2 grouped by TRIM62-low versus TRIM62-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM62→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
