Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM62 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM62 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TRIM62 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM62 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and BLCA show a favorable association.

SCLC, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where TRIM62 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
