Q-omics provides the consensus-scored SLC29A4P2 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. SLC29A4P2 expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, SLC29A4P2 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, SLC29A4P2 RNA expression shows 5,444 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight ACC, BRCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where SLC29A4P2 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
