TRIM60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM60 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM60-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, MSH2, and Raptor. Each is linked with TRIM60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM60-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by TRIM60-low versus TRIM60-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM60→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
