Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM60-associated genes across cancer lineages are TASOR2, IRF4, and ADD2. Each is linked with TRIM60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM60-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM60 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TASOR2 grouped by TRIM60-low versus TRIM60-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM60→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
