TRIM60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM60 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM60-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENTHD1, FAM205A, and TMEM82. Each is linked with TRIM60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM60-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENTHD1 grouped by TRIM60-low versus TRIM60-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM60→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
