TRIM6-TRIM34

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM6-TRIM34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,330 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM6-TRIM34-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Receptor catabolic process, and Negative regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with TRIM6-TRIM34 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM6-TRIM34-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM6-TRIM34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction grouped by TRIM6-TRIM34-low versus TRIM6-TRIM34-high in LGG.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM6-TRIM34→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM6-TRIM34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
