TRIM58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,598 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM58-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2W3, OR2T8, and OR2T33. Each is linked with TRIM58 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM58-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM58 versus OR2W3 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM58→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
