TRIM55

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM55 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,359 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM55-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLK, CHRNB1, and LINC01547. Each is linked with TRIM55 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM55-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM55 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM55 versus POLK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM55→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
