Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL338P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL338P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL338P is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, RN7SL338P RNA expression shows 10,620 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight HNSC, LUSC, and THYM as cancer lineages where RN7SL338P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
