TRIM43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM43-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5PBP2, RN7SL567P, and RPS12P15. Each is linked with TRIM43 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM43-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5PBP2 grouped by TRIM43-low versus TRIM43-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM43→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
