Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 212 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM32-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7G3, SCYGR4, and NPBWR2. Each is linked with TRIM32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM32-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7G3 grouped by TRIM32-low versus TRIM32-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM32→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
