Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM28-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUDPP1, RNU4-33P, and RNU6-742P. Each is linked with TRIM28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM28-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PUDPP1 grouped by TRIM28-low versus TRIM28-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM28→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
