TRIM16L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM16L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,842 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM16L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPSAP2, ALDH3A2, and ALKBH5. Each is linked with TRIM16L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM16L-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM16L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRIM16L versus PRPSAP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM16L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM16L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
