Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM16L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,945 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM16L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Isoprenoid catabolic process, Cerebral cortex radially oriented cell migration, and Cerebral cortex radial glia-guided migration. Each is linked with TRIM16L in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM16L-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM16L results are reported.
