Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM16L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRIM16L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OC90 and TLE7. Each is linked with TRIM16L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM16L-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM16L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OC90 grouped by TRIM16L-low versus TRIM16L-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
