TRIM10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,202 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIL1, MYO15B_S1025, and BAIAP2L2_S478. Each is linked with TRIM10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM10-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
