Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRIM10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRIM10 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TRIM10 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRIM10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and READ show a favorable association.
KIRC, LUAD, and ACC are the cancer types where TRIM10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
