Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIM10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, HER3_pY1289, and MEK1. Each is linked with TRIM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM10-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM10 results are reported.
