Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRIM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,210 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIM10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Brush border assembly, Regulation of lamellipodium morphogenesis, and Renal D-glucose absorption. Each is linked with TRIM10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIM10-to-partner and partner-to-TRIM10 results are reported.
