TRIL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRIL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRIL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4672, RNU6-158P, and RN7SL198P. Each is linked with TRIL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRIL-to-partner and partner-to-TRIL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4672 grouped by TRIL-low versus TRIL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRIL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRIL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
