Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,943 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-47P, TEDC2, and ASNS. Each is linked with TRHR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRHR-to-partner and partner-to-TRHR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-47P grouped by TRHR-low versus TRHR-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
