Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRHR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, VEGFR2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with TRHR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRHR-to-partner and partner-to-TRHR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by TRHR-low versus TRHR-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
