Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, ACSM6, and IL5. Each is linked with TRHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRHR-to-partner and partner-to-TRHR results are reported.
