Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML5P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TREML5P-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXNP2, RBPMS2P1, and NDUFA5P3. Each is linked with TREML5P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML5P-to-partner and partner-to-TREML5P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TREML5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TREML5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
