Across TCGA patient cohorts, TREML4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TREML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD12, PIAS4, and SLC39A3. Each is linked with TREML4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TREML4-to-partner and partner-to-TREML4 results are reported.
