TRBV5-4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBV5-4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,521 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBV5-4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCLS1, SEPTIN1, and SEPTIN1_S206. Each is linked with TRBV5-4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBV5-4-to-partner and partner-to-TRBV5-4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRBV5-4 versus HCLS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBV5-4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBV5-4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
