TRBV30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBV30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBV30-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P7, MIR378E, and GMCL1P2. Each is linked with TRBV30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBV30-to-partner and partner-to-TRBV30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P7 grouped by TRBV30-low versus TRBV30-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBV30→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBV30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
