TRBV29-1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBV29-1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 185 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBV29-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1305, MIR133B, and PDAP1. Each is linked with TRBV29-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBV29-1-to-partner and partner-to-TRBV29-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1305 grouped by TRBV29-1-low versus TRBV29-1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBV29-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBV29-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
