TRBV15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBV15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,267 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRBV15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, NFATC2, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with TRBV15 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBV15-to-partner and partner-to-TRBV15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRBV15 versus RCSD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBV15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBV15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
