Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRBV14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,716 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRBV14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, STAT5A, and FNBP1. Each is linked with TRBV14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRBV14-to-partner and partner-to-TRBV14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRBV14 versus SASH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRBV14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRBV14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
