Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV9-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAV9-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1228P, RN7SL248P, and FTLP18. Each is linked with TRAV9-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV9-2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV9-2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV9-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV9-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
