Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,901 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAV32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, Positive regulation of transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with TRAV32 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV32-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane grouped by TRAV32-low versus TRAV32-high in STAD.
