Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAV32 RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAV32 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher TRAV32 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAV32 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and LGG show a favorable association.
LAML, READ, and LGG are the cancer types where TRAV32 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
