Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV21-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLV10-67, OOSP1P2, and COX6CP17. Each is linked with TRAV21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV21-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV21 results are reported.
