TRAV12-2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV12-2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV12-2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-605P, SNORD116-15, and DNAJA1P4. Each is linked with TRAV12-2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV12-2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV12-2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAV12-2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAV12-2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
