Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAV1-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,654 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAV1-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMARCAL1, TTN, and ADGRG4. Each is linked with TRAV1-1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAV1-1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAV1-1 results are reported.
