TRAJ6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,445 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, LCP2, and APOL3. Each is linked with TRAJ6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ6-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
