TRAJ42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ42-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, DEF6, and DOK2. Each is linked with TRAJ42 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ42-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ42→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
