Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAJ42 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAJ42 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TRAJ42 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ42 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ESCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, ESCA, and THYM are the cancer types where TRAJ42 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
