TRAF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,475 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, JPT2, and PARN. Each is linked with TRAF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF7 versus DCTPP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
