Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,668 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTERF2, FARP1, and ZNF496. Each is linked with TRAF7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF7 versus MTERF2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
