TRAF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCD, CCT8L2, and ACTRT1. Each is linked with TRAF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCD grouped by TRAF7-low versus TRAF7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
