Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4539, TRAJ31, and TAF5LP1. Each is linked with TRAF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4539 grouped by TRAF2-low versus TRAF2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
