TRADD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRADD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,142 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRADD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, RNPEP, and S100A11. Each is linked with TRADD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRADD-to-partner and partner-to-TRADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRADD versus DHX38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
