Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRADD RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRADD data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher TRADD RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRADD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and UCEC show a favorable association.
LGG, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where TRADD RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
