TRADD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRADD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6CP11, RNU6-264P, and SNRPCP17. Each is linked with TRADD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRADD-to-partner and partner-to-TRADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP11 grouped by TRADD-low versus TRADD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
