TRADD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRADD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2M5, OR52A5, and NPAP1. Each is linked with TRADD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRADD-to-partner and partner-to-TRADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2M5 grouped by TRADD-low versus TRADD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
